QuboolTerms and Conditions
These Terms form an agreement between you and Dr. Fixit Mobile, operating Qubool. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and permitted to use matrimonial services under the laws that apply to you. Qubool is intended for Muslims sincerely considering marriage. “Just exploring” members are welcome but must accurately select that status and cannot misrepresent their intentions.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not create deceptive, duplicate, impersonating, or unauthorized profiles. A parent or guardian managing a profile must have the profiled adult’s informed permission.
3. Respectful and lawful use
You must not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, stalk, shame, solicit, defraud, impersonate, or pressure another person; send sexual or unlawful content; request money or financial credentials; scrape or sell member data; bypass privacy controls; upload malware; interfere with security; use Qubool for commercial recruitment; or use another person’s image, identity document, or information without authorization.
4. Matrimonial interactions and safety
Qubool facilitates introductions; it does not select a spouse, guarantee compatibility, conduct comprehensive background checks, or guarantee that a member’s statements are true. A verification badge means only that the completed check met the criteria used at the time. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of character, marital status, finances, immigration status, education, employment, religious practice, or safety. Use independent judgment, involve trusted family or a wali if desired, meet safely, and never send money to someone you have not independently verified.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Dr. Fixit Mobile a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve Qubool according to your settings and the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit it. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backup, legal, safety, or evidentiary retention.
6. Privacy and verification
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. KYC submission requires separate consent. We may refuse, revoke, or repeat a verification where information is unclear, inconsistent, expired, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise insufficient. Do not upload bank cards, tax documents, health records, or documents we did not request.
7. Moderation
We may investigate reports and use proportionate measures including warnings, content restrictions, verification requests, suspension, or termination. We may preserve relevant evidence where reasonably necessary for safety, disputes, fraud prevention, or law. We are not obligated to monitor every interaction and cannot prevent all misconduct.
8. Paid services
Qubool does not currently offer paid subscriptions. Before paid services launch, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, taxes, and regional payment terms will be displayed before purchase and these Terms will be updated. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, remove, test, suspend, or change features and may interrupt service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated and acceptance requested where required.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Qubool and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, law, safety, or another person’s rights have been violated. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an appeal route. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubool is provided “as is” and “as available.” Dr. Fixit Mobile disclaims warranties that can legally be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee matches, marriage outcomes, member conduct, identity beyond the stated scope of a verification, or compatibility calculations.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Fixit Mobile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or loss of opportunity, reputation, data, or profits arising from Qubool or member conduct. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Dr. Fixit Mobile for reasonable losses, claims, and expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, content, material breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights. This does not apply where prohibited by consumer law or to losses caused by our own misconduct.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without excluding mandatory rights under the laws of your residence. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, disputes will be brought in the courts of Alberta.
15. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or agreement without permission. We may assign this agreement as part of a reorganization, financing, or sale, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms form the agreement concerning Qubool.
